Electrical response of a peizoelectric material - Newbie question

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

I'm trying to simulate a standard testing of the voltage response of a piezoelectric material. A PZT layer is connected to Silver electrodes and mounted on a metal (copper) plate. A force is applied on the plate at a distance and the potential developed across the silver electrodes are measured - a time dependent problem. My problem while doing so is as basic as it can get....i'm not able to get the voltage produced. I do the model and ask for the study but all i end up getting is a displacement curve. There doesn't seem to be a relevant model in the model library also. I have attached the file, if it helps.
Please help. Thanks in advance.
