Error message when trying to open a mph-file

Hi,

I was trying to open a file which have worked before but instead COMSOL becomes slow and later a message is shown stating 'A temporary solution file could not be opened for writing'.

Does this mean I have lost my data and model?

Kind regards,

Susan

Hi

It could be, I believe its related to the backup/recovery files COMSOL is saving by default, probably your storage space has run out ;) Check the preferences "recovery file" and the size of your .comsol ad temp directories (if in MS-Win ...)

Good luck
