Heat Transfer in Solids

Hi,

I am using COMSOL heat transfer module to simulate the temperature distribution in a simple sapphire cube. The schematic is a 2020500 micron sapphire cube which is metallized on the bottom with a 1 micron titanium. A power of 1 watt over a square meter is applied to a surface through the Boundary heat source and I want to see how the temperature differs inside the cube. My question is about defining the boundary conditions for the other 5 faces. What I am using is the Heat flux option (which I am not pretty sure if it is the right one to use) and among the three possible choices only the Convective heat flux gives a possible result after simulation provided that I choose a value for h (and again I am not sure how to calculate the value). This cube is going to stay in a room temerature condition. Please be kind to help me with choosing the crrect boundary options.
